Virtual Solutions is based in North Devon, and is made up of a dedicated team of virtual assistants.

Dawn Gribble is married to Simon, between them they have 2 young children and work from their home in Ilfracombe.

"I created Virtual-Solutions in 2004 when I was pregnant with my second child, whilst I enjoyed the hustle and bustle of a busy office, I wanted to forge a career where I could work from home and spend more time with my family." 

Before setting up her own business, Dawn worked for companies such as Parker Instrumentation, Applegate, Phillip Dennis Food Service, GMP Communications and the Institute of Learning. 

Following Dawn's success with Virtual Solutions, Simon left his job to work at home.  He has worked for several major organisations including the Metropolitan Police, Calltrak International Systems and Sainsbury's. 

Erin Flitton comes from a business background, having spent the last five years working for Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (formally Inland Revenue staff).
With qualifications in computer processing, such as CLAIT, Erin has specialist knowlege of many internal admin systems as well as a position in HMRC that requires helping her collegues with the Microsoft Works suite.
