OUR CSR POLICY COVERS:
We are passionate about conserving natural resources and doing our part to protect our planet. We recognise that we have an impact on the world around us, and actively seek to reduce our environmental impact.
We work in an eco-minded culture, and all of our team members are committed to doing their part. We operate a recycling program in our office to ensure that all waste is disposed of in the most sustainable method, and we only purchase from suppliers who uphold the same high-standard of CSR that we do.
Everything, even the tea and coffee, is evaluated to fit in with our CSR policies.
Our Environmental efforts include:

We are committed to ensuring that the human rights of all our employees and clients is protected, and actively work to continually improving our policies to ensure they are up-to-date and fully compliant with the laws governing them.
Virtual Solutions is dedicated to treating people with fairness, dignity and respect. We do not use or condone the use of child labour – every member of the team is of legal employable age within the country they are working from, and we expect the same from every business or influencer we work with.
We believe firmly in fair pay, and every member of the Virtual Solutions team, whether they’re based in the UK, the UAE or the Philippines, receives a proper and fair wage for their work.
We will only work with other businesses, influencers or clients who also adhere to these principles. We undertake strict vetting procedures when sourcing businesses or influencers to work with and ensure that there are no human rights issues or malpractices within their business. We evaluate and re-evaluate these connections on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
All our staff have access to training and development to enable them to deliver a high-quality service and to improve their own opportunities.

We are passionate about giving back and supporting the local and global community.
We work with charities and educational institutions, providing workshops, consultations and other learning opportunities. We also engage with reputable agencies in our Internship Program to give on-the-job training and help people gain valuable new skills.
Our Community Support program works with businesses and charities in the UK and internationally.
We are constantly monitoring our Community Support program and conducting out-reach campaigns to connect, engage and educate. We ensure that all of our Community Partners are operating with moral, ethical and legal standards, and that every person involved is treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest commitment to quality and standards. We do not use any black-hat or underhanded techniques and provide an open, honest and transparent service which our clients can monitor freely at any time.
Our Quality Assurance Process ensures that all of the work Virtual Solutions produces is of the highest possible standard, and not only meets the client brief – but exceeds it too.
We only use tools and services which meet our strict standards and ensure that all data protection laws and regulations are adhered to. We use LastPass encryption to protect all login information, and we are ICO registered. We are also fully compliant with the Data Protection Act (DPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We are also committed to providing fairness of service and guarantee that once we have signed on a client, we will not accept another contract from similar business within the local area.
We provide Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to our clients, and we sign these ourselves to ensure that all sensitive information is kept strictly confidential.
When working with any third-party content creators or businesses, we will always determine ahead of time the issue of copyright and ensure that all parties are aware of which creative content belongs to which person, and the correct citation and attribution is provided.
Our services are covered by a written contract which is signed by both parties, and any changes required will always be discussed, reviewed and agreed before implementation.
