We provide all of our clients with a real-time dashboard – here you can check the performance of your Social Media, SEO, PPC and Email marketing campaigns. You’ll receive a weekly report with recommendations and a monthly consultation by Zoom or by phone. We will also provide a quarterly review providing a high-level overview of the campaigns, suggestions for improvement and other elements such as performance, ROI, conversion rates etc.

It depends on the type of campaign and your budget. With social media, initial results are usually visible in the first few weeks, whereas when it comes to SEO it can take up to 6 months to start seeing results.

Yes we do! Whether you require consultancy on any of our services our team of digital marketing experts are available on hourly, half day or daily packages. We also provide in-house training and workshops for the C-Suite and your internal marketing teams.

We hope that you’ll be delighted to stay with us. However if for any reason you do need to leave, once your initial agreed contract period has ended all we ask for is 30-days notice. We’ll arrange for a handover of all documents and removal of passwords from our encrypted systems to ensure a clean transfer.

We’ll analyse the existing posts and activity and provide you with an audit of where and how we could add additional value. On Instagram, for example, we’d look at the quality of your posts, the relevance to your target audience and what level of engagement you’re generating. We can then identify areas for improvement and provide you with a bespoke package.

Our pay per click experts will work with you to determine the recommended level of spend for your PPC campaign. We use Google AdWords to assess the competitiveness of the market and will suggest a minimum and maximum budget . Once a campaign is live we’ll optimise the Ad Copy, keywords and strategies to ensure that we are making the most of your budget and to generate a good return on investment.

The major benefit of course is the ability to bring you those customers who haven’t visited your venue before . The sharing nature of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter allows your venue to be seen by friends and family of your customers, which helps generate digital “word-of-mouth” referrals.

In our experience Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are the most effective platforms to reach your customers to begin with. If your venue also caters to businesses and professionals, then we also recommend having a presence on LinkedIn.

Every member of our team has a background in Hospitality and the F&B industry. Our founder and CEO Dawn even appeared on MasterChef UK! We have a unique understanding of hotel and restaurant operations from the back to front of house.

It’s not essential to meet in person initially as technology allows for projects to be managed via phone, email and Skype. Upon acceptance of the quotation we will meet you at your venue for the onboarding session and immersion training so we can understand your venue and its location. As a regional agency our overheads are much lower and this allows us to pass on these cost savings to our customers, which means you get much more for your investment.

Our preferred method of payment is via Bank Transfer. We can provide PayPal and Credit Card facilities, although these will be subject to a 3.5% administration fee.

We request that a deposit is paid prior to work being carried out, typically at 50% of the first monthly fee and at the end of each month thereafter, terms will be confirmed at the quotation stage. Invoices are generated at the end of each billing month. Our payment terms are within 14 days from the issue date.

We take privacy and security extremely seriously, when we work with a client we always insist on signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, Registration number: Z2527433. We use LastPass to encrypt and store all passwords and log-in data securely.
