Simon comes from a family of hoteliers and was raised with an insider’s perspective on how the industry functions – he was taught the value of high-quality service and the benefits of a personal touch.
Having worked in establishments across the United Kingdom, he truly understands the needs of the customer, and how to deliver an exceptional experience. Simon worked with the Metropolitan Police to help them implement the Crime Reporting Information System (CRIS) and has experience in eCommerce. He brings his expert knowledge of reporting an understanding of the importance of effective processes, to the team.
His work with a national organisation has seen him successfully arrange, promote and manage large scale events that have delighted the guests on every occasion.

Simon works closely with all members of the Virtual Solutions team and co-ordinates various programs and strategies. He is also involved with client outreach and lead generation, as well as uploading and maintaining the blogs and content across the Virtual Solutions website.
